At THE LAB CULT, we strive to make apparel that thinks as hard as you do.

Our designs are for all the researchers, students, educators, amateur naturalists, and overthinkers. Anyone who looks at the world and wants to know how it works, finds beauty in a scatter plot, or laughs at a geology pun.

Where are you located?

THE LAB CULT is a Canadian company. All T-shirts for our Canadian customers are printed domestically in Ontario.

To better serve our US and Australian customers, we've partnered with reputable print providers in the US.

Do you ship worldwide?

As of now, we only ship to Canada, the US, and Australia, but we're working on getting our goods out to the rest of the world. Please stay tuned!

What size should I choose?

Sizing is a variable we've controlled for. Please check the size chart on every product page and follow the instructions so that you get it right the first time. 😉

What materials are your shirts made from?

We print on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle® tee. Most colours are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, while heather colours and Sport Grey are cotton-poly blends. The cotton used in these shirts is sourced through Better Cotton initiatives, supporting more responsible cotton production. After testing multiple options, we found the 64000 offered the best balance of comfort, print quality, and value. If you prefer heavyweight workwear-style tees, our shirts may feel lighter than what you’re used to.

Can I cancel my order?

We print each item just for you to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already entered production and cannot be cancelled, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund--no questions asked.

For all other issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase (support@thelabcult.com). A full refund will be issued if you're not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns are free and easy.
